Appliqué hell

I seriously need to stop procrastinating and finish doing all the appliqué ovals I need to get done. I've got about 86 out 188 which means I really need to pick up the pace if I want to get this quilt done any time this year.

I probably should also get a proper sewing space that's not just mean curled up on the couch but that's another problem altogether. Also if anyone knows how not to kill my wrists while doing this any advice is appreciated
